The manager was friendly and helpful. We could get in when we needed to. The facility was clean. The only reason for not giving a 10 is that the price just kept going up every few months.

It's just storage. It's the closest to my home but there are others nearby. The gate was left open when the employee was there, basically negating security. You were about to raise the monthly price significantly. There were already too many hidden fees that took me by surprise when I signed up. Raising the price was the straw that broke the camel's back.
