To the newest owners thanks. Was nicer to talk to someone that was in your office on site. Had a cube for storage since 2018, Was thankful to get answers on how it works to close out now I finally got my stuff out.

Convenient location. Having an onsite manager. Ian was always friendly and helpful. He remembered my name from day 1.

Ian was great to deal with. The only issue is had was that the monthly rate went up, and I hadn't received a notice. When I called and asked about it, I was told that the notice was sent email and regular mail. I may have missed the email, but I never got a regular mail notice. When I told the gentleman that, he just said, "well, that's unfortunate".
