Convenient location. Having an onsite manager. Ian was always friendly and helpful. He remembered my name from day 1.

Ian was great to deal with. The only issue is had was that the monthly rate went up, and I hadn't received a notice. When I called and asked about it, I was told that the notice was sent email and regular mail. I may have missed the email, but I never got a regular mail notice. When I told the gentleman that, he just said, "well, that's unfortunate".

Everyone was always very professional and gracious!
