It was a good experience. Climate controlled building and excellent security. I never had an issue.

Contract and check in process was simple. Upon arrival, I found two large puddles spreading from the next door unit. I swept the water to speed drying but the puddles reappeared. My movers had already begun unloading furniture into the unit while I placed towels to stop the spread. The onsite mgr ultimately offered a different unit. However, too much had already been unloaded to make it a feasible solution. I was told that the water was the output from the AC and would be resolved.

The young lady who helped us was very nice and even knew me by name after one time!! The only comment I got was… I wanted the biggest unit you got…but only got a size that stored 2 bedrooms furniture. . My husband went online and found much bigger one that stored 4 bedrooms which meant our needs better! .

The facility is clean and easy to access. Betty's customer service is the best.

Ms Betty, site manager, is so great! Easy to work with, solid communicator and generally looking after her customers (like me!). This is my 2nd cube rental and I came back because of Ms. Betty!

Renting the unit was very easy. Betty, the General Manager for the site, called me ahead of time to confirm everything and was very helpful. Check in was easy and the map she sent in advance made it easy to find my unit.
