The different sizes of storage units available and the controlled climate and cleanliness of the units. But the biggest reason is the representative Betty, she is the reason why I renewed my storages! She was very kind, courteous and professional. I would recommend this location to anyone!

Very clean and safe storage facility, centrally located. I gave it a 9 because an alarm kept going off inside of our building. Reported it, but nothing was done. Very annoying when using our storage unit.

Superb customer service. Betty is so nice and knowledgeable. She made my move so easy. She showed me the larger options. Betty even left a cart right outside my unit for me to use for the move because I inquired about a dolly or a cart to use.

The people who work onsite have been great and are the ONLY reason I’m giving 4/10. After only a few months, my rate was increased close to double. I contested the hike since I’d only been with Cubesmart for a few months and the rate was lowered to its original price, but the fact that they tried to increase it so much so quickly didn’t sit well with. After 2 years, the rate increased to $72 for a 5x5. I found quadruple the space for almost half that price. So I left.
