It is CLEAN inside. There is someone at the office if there are questions. Its a nice Storage unit !!

I like that it is a secure location and climate controlled. The only thing that I didn't like was the constant increases in the billing . It was getting to the point that I could no longer afford it ,

Hector at the Cube Smart in Mount Prospect, IL has been absolutely amazing to work with. He went above and beyond to help my aunt move her things into her unit. I was able to contact him easily and work with him far from Illinois. I cannot thank him and his team enough for their help. I highly recommend CubeSmart, specifically the one in Mount Prospect, IL, to everyone!!

The staff, Hector who assisted me was amazingly helpful to make this storage transition easy . The gate open and close in a timely fashion. To move boxes to the room, there are dolly available. Elevators work nicely. The storage facility is well lit.The only suggestion I have is there should be a disposal container available for the renters.

Good customer service. Access is easy and convenient.

The facility is accessible, clean, heated and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and competent. The prices are fair, unlike some of the competition.
