Manager lied about my options to vacate the unit. Willingly allowed someone to live in my storage unit after my information was stolen. Though I presented a restraining order and brought the police - still continued to charge me for the unit and threatened to send my account to collections if a squatters belongings were not removed. Do not recommend. These people are lazy crooks and outright thieves.

Very clean, fresh air, not stuffy and no mold. Staff very friendly, helpful and professional.

Have had a difficult time reaching the staff at the Mount Prospect, IL location. Should have the main phone transferred to a cell phone when staff is not in the office to answer the phone.

Always open when I needed to get in.
