The facility is accessible, clean, heated and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and competent. The prices are fair, unlike some of the competition.

This particular store is immaculately maintained by a very hard working manager. The reason for a 7 is CubeSmart’s policy of ridiculous price increases of 20% or more. I can see prices going up 5%, but think fatigue sets in by constantly jacking them up so high. Is harder to get new customers than maintain current ones.

Cost went up substantially over 6 months. When I emailed to inquire about it, I got no response.
