Clean and efficient

I would not rent from this CubeSmart location again, nor would I recommend it to others due to a serious sanitation issue involving rodents.Upon clearing out my storage unit, I found extensive evidence of a mice infestation, including droppings throughout the unit and even a dead rodent inside one of my personal bags. As a result, I was forced to discard a significant amount of my belongings due to contamination and strong odor. Many of my remaining items were also affected and required deep cleaning, with some still unusable.This experience resulted in a substantial loss of personal property and raised serious health concerns. Customers trust storage facilities to maintain clean, secure, and properly managed units—unfortunately, that standard was not met.Because of this, I cannot trust this facility with my belongings again and would not recommend it to anyone expecting safe and sanitary storage conditions.

The team at this location have very good customer skills. They are always very helpful in any situation. Ty and Eric are the two I have had dealing with alway very professional.

I was very impressed with the quality of Service and felt very Safe in the Facility.

very upset on the whole experience , in needed help opening a unit , two days back to back no one in the office to help needed the unit in a bad situation, going to cancel my unit and shop elsewhere

Great service , great team .

Very easy drop-off of belongings in the storage unit and later moving out. The attendant was very friendly and attentive—easy month-to-month contract with no difficulty ending rental when done with the unit. The app is user-friendly for payment.

The staff were very customer friendly and the service was good.
