I did not use the storage so it would be unfair to give a low or high score. I went with the middle of the road in order to be fair.

Because they raise the price a lot every year and because last year there have been many mice in the unit, I even found a dead one inside the unit.

The CubeSmart location I used in Mt. Vernon NY was well run. Ty usually manned the front desk, and I assume was the manager. He was friendly, professional, and helpful.
