Closed out my bin in early July ! Bill was due at the end of July so I got no refund back for 3 weeks??

The employees were great with customer service because I had issues with my id. They were so understanding and we worked it out. Thank you

Custom service at my location was great. I think the proce increase over the time I was there was too much.

The Garage doors are frequently broken and unable to open. Carting stuff in and out through narrow corridors is just more unnecessary work. On several occasions I have watched people unload their stuff outside in the rain and then cart their wet things into a storage space. This is why my things ( and many other peoples things) were covered in mold and why the whole place smells of mold.The price of my unit was raised twice over a year to almost double of what it started at. Before you charge people more money you should make the place less inconvenient, less smelly.
