The management was excellent and efficient. I always felt like my items were safe and secure. The building was maintained well and cleaned. Kudos to Denise and Michelle at the Muncy, PA location for their pleasant and awesome interactions, as well as their fantastic management skills! I actually hated to leave!

I had attempted numerous times to move stuff into and out of my unit, and the overhead door was frequently out of service. I even had a U-Haul full of stuff, i show up, and the door is broken, so I went to Muncy Self Storage and rented a storage unit there, and moved out of Cubesmart. For over $100 a month, I shouldn’t have frequent issues trying to get into the building with my vehicle, or U-Haul.

Easy to deal with

Bumping up prices randomly

Had to leave work due to the manager calling because there was an odor coming from my unit and I had to be there ASAP or risk my lock being cut and items gone through. So after losing a half day of pay and wasting gas to move all of my items out of storage and back home, it was determined the odor was in fact not even coming from my unit after I had 4 different people help me look through all the items I had stored and no one could find a single thing that would cause the issue. I will never store with cubesmart again and will encourage anybody I possibly can to not store with them either.
