The Garage doors are frequently broken and unable to open. Carting stuff in and out through narrow corridors is just more unnecessary work. On several occasions I have watched people unload their stuff outside in the rain and then cart their wet things into a storage space. This is why my things ( and many other peoples things) were covered in mold and why the whole place smells of mold.The price of my unit was raised twice over a year to almost double of what it started at. Before you charge people more money you should make the place less inconvenient, less smelly.

The prices continually raised. The door was regularly broken and the bathrooms were almost always out of order. Then when pulling items out of storage many were moldy and ruined even when it’s supposed to be climate controlled which is why we put up with the escalating prices and issues for years.
