Clean, many units available in various sizes, easy access and close to my home. Staff very helpful and great to deal with.

$7000 of mold damage that occurred to my stored equipment. And the fact that the insurance policy doesn't cover what was stored, or most of what people would store. Pretty shady for a "Climate Controlled" facility to write in that they aren't responsible for maintaining said climate.

The two wonderful ladies at the front desk. Extremely professional and friendly. The facility is extremely clean and well taken care of and finally the price was reasonable.

Michelle was wonderful in helping me pick the correct size / optimal location of my unit and took extra care of me when after applying online and needing to push out my contract date.

Mold grew on my furniture while in your storage unit

Didn’t want to move out at first, was gonna keep my unit, moved my stuff in 3 months ago because I was moving and in the middle of finding a place, I went to go grab the majority of my stuff from my unit and was told I couldn’t access it because payment was late. I told them I am paying it that I’m planning on keeping my unit and they had me park my U-Haul out front of the office and walk things from my unit to the truck. After about two trips they told us we couldn’t keep doing it, so with two kids I had to wait and go through a whole process to get the money to them, got the payment to them they allowed us in, I got the majority of my stuff out of the unit and left my tires (because I was not moving out of the unit) I forgot to place the lock on my unit and they emailed me a really rude email stating they were gonna assume I was moving out. I tried explaining I had just forgot to place the lock on my unit and they said they are billing me for a new lock and to put it on immediately that MY unit can’t be unlocked. I ended up moving out completely because of this. Also noticed some of my things were missing from my unit, some boxes weren’t there and some random little things were gone and I still find more missing each day. My husband and I were the only ones to have access so it makes me wonder who was in my unit for those 3 months.

Well, it was great to have climate control to sort things so that I could eliminate the need for my unit faster but the increase in rent came more quickly than I was hoping. However, I did appreciate having a restroom to use and to wash the grime off my hands after sorting for a couple hours so I would likely recommend for short term but not necessarily long term.

The cost is high
