Great facility and well run

Complicated

I was quoted price of $94, then first month billed $112.80. Looked back and realized the contract I did sign was for the more expensive price. But, that said we had to redo the contract as we had to change units on the spot at arrival. So after sending 2 days packing and traveling, dealing with that I missed it. I was not advised that the unit we ended up with, which was the exact same size and was right next to the original unit was going to be more expensive. Not a great start for that to be slipped in.

Storage unit was fine. Large price increase every year.

Clean and convenient

I would recommend CubeSmart for anyone who needs storage because it’s a very clean facility, and I love that it’s climate controlled. The staff has always been very helpful when I was getting my storage unit and also when I was leaving it. No questions, no hassle. And very convenient to be able to drive your vehicle into the building to load or unload your things out of the weather.

Definitely like the secureness of the building, but as for a climate controlled facility, I was disappointed when I found mold on multiple items of furniture. For having my stuff stored for over two years I feel that this should have never happened in the environment that my stuff was being stored. That there is the only reason I chose a climate controlled facility so I didn’t have to worry about issues like this!!

Climate controlled my ass; found mold on my couch and other clothed items.

Facility was great. Easy access and very clean. The ladies working up front were also amazing. Made everything very easy
