Easy to use, most friendly and helpful staff!

Nice and Clean

I like the place. This is the second time I am renting in this location.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The facility was climate controlled and clean. It felt very secure. The washroom was clean.

The ladies that work at the pennsdale location are very nice and polite. The facility is always clean .

The unit and facility was clean, was easy to get to, and the fact that we could drive our vehicle inside made it very easy to transport the items

Even though there was mold upon moving out the friendly Michelle was so helpful moving in to the unit as well as very helpful with dealing with the issue moving out. She did not avoid the problem she returnee my call with solutions immediately next business day. I would absolutely rent again with service like that and refer others as well..
