Constant outrageous increases for loyal customers while offering steep discounts for new customers. Ridiculous! It should be just the opposite.

Well run safe storage. Got a bit too expensive so my trailer is back hogging too much space in my driveway. Facility management was always very responsive to my questions. Thanks for the service.

Cost of storage doubled in 3 months

Facility was easy to use but 12 to 15 % increases every year were ridiculous. Especially since I stayed there AFTER my unit was Robbed.

No snow or ice removal.

I switched to a bigger unit at an indoor climate controlled facility for $40/month less than I was paying with Cubesmart. The drive up access was convenient, but not worth the dust/dirt that accumulated over everything in my unit. I also had my unit locked by management twice despite never being late on my bill and having autopay.
