I switched to a bigger unit at an indoor climate controlled facility for $40/month less than I was paying with Cubesmart. The drive up access was convenient, but not worth the dust/dirt that accumulated over everything in my unit. I also had my unit locked by management twice despite never being late on my bill and having autopay.

Facility is truly dangerous during the winter. Ice buildup creates very hazardous conditions even when walking without heavy boxes.
