We had been renting from you for many years and have had great managers taking care of us, beginning with Three and ending with Ashley, who is great by the way.

The first reason is Ashley, she was wonderful to help me walk thru the startup process. Showing me the unit and explaining the entire process. Second is the cleanliness of the grounds, hallways and unit.

In 3 years you have well over doubled the price of the storage unit.

Ease of renting and closing unit

I am writing to express my concern regarding the unprofessional behavior of management at the Murfreesboro location. On two separate occasions, my husband and our movers were told to not attempt to take the carts, citing the presence of air tags on them. The most recent incident occurred on May 29, 2026. I reported the incident that occurred with my husband several months ago to corporate and have not received a call back or follow-up. I was leasing five units for two years and had been a loyal customer. I had never experienced any issues until Ashley was appointed as the manager. I have found her to be disrespectful and unprofessional. After your promotion expires the pricing fluctuates and gets very expensive if you rent units for more than 3-6 months. I have never experienced a manager being in my space when I come to a storage facility to check my units as much as Ashley did. To avoid interacting with the store manager Ashley, I attempted to access my units after her shift ended at 6:00 p.m. This caused an inconvenience for me. If Ashley remains the manager at this location, I would advise prospective renters to consider this when making their decision.

The rent became prohibitive to keeping the items in the storage building. It no longer made financial sense to hold on to the items.
