I had a great experience with the staff. They were extremely helpful. The units were always clean and accessible and had enough dolly’s for everyone’s use.

I was very unhappy that you raided the price 44% 3 months after I moved in. I had rented a UHaul to get it all there and was locked in to your service. I think that was very unfair. And you continued raising the rate about 20% every year.

I just got a bigger one across the d street with cubesmart.

The people that worked at the storage facility were so friendly and helpful. They were very personable!! We had a great experience there.
