Moving items in was convenient only if there were not other people hogging all the moving carts or blocking the entrance/exit doors.I visited on several occasions to move items into storage, and other members were using all of the carts. It also made me very uncomfortable when people would remove the sliding doors from the tracks which allowed them or others to enter without using the code box.The facility itself was clean and well lit, but most other users were not respectful of other people needing to use the facility.

I had a great experience with the staff. They were extremely helpful. The units were always clean and accessible and had enough dolly’s for everyone’s use.

I was very unhappy that you raided the price 44% 3 months after I moved in. I had rented a UHaul to get it all there and was locked in to your service. I think that was very unfair. And you continued raising the rate about 20% every year.

I just got a bigger one across the d street with cubesmart.
