There aren't enough carts available particularly when there are several people utilizing the facility. Also automatic lighting could be inside the units.

Size and accessibility, Colt is nice always answered questions and returns call. The massive increase in rental fee. The price went up every 5 months. I had 2 units end rate 274 and 672. When I questioned a female manager was rude and arrogant as if the units were hers. The District Manager didn’t really help with the increase in rate when I complained. Excessive increase in 3 years March 2023.

From the first phone call getting in and moving out all the customer service was top notch. This is my second experience with CubeSmart and if I or a friend or family member need a storage space I will recommend CubeSmart!
