They were extremely helpful! I needed a little bigger space. One came available and they were able to get me into that one. It will work out best for me and my situation. So grateful I came there! I would totally recommend them for storage needs!

Sybill was great. Very helpful and answered all my questions.She is one reason we stayed at CubeSmart. We live 16 miles away from our storage unit. There are numerous storage facilities closer to us and some cheaper. After we moved into our house we didn’t need such a big unit but instead of finding one closer we opted to stay with CubeSmart and just go into a smaller unit.Thank you Sybil!

It's pretty decent, though it's still just a metal box facing the sun. I imagine all the non-sun-facing units are still in use. The automated system was helpful enough, I'm glad your company has not yet shoehorned AI into the mix and made it worse. Please don't do that. If you must use AI, make sure it does not degrade the existing experience just to save on support costs (Because it won't).
