The area was clean, easily accessible and good quality. It was overpriced and almost impossible to deal with long distance. We were charged late fees multiple times and really struggled to set up auto pay, change credit card info and get late fees reversed. I wish I had moved out a year ago. I found a storage unit close to me that is $100 per month cheaper. If Cube Smart had helped me find the real solution for my needs I would have given you a 10. I expressed my frustration multiple times and the "helpless" employees were somewhat empathetic, but I had to hire someone to resolve the real problem. What do your employees do really? Anyway, just glad I'm freaking out of there. Also, you need to allow for multiple answers on #3 and #4

Good communication on the phone and in person

I see no reason why the rent on a 10X15 space should more than triple in cost in as few years as it has. From less than 100 per month to nearly 350 per month is just ridiculous and more than enough motivation to get out.
