The maintenance is poor. The iside floors have a layer of fine dust and grease spots, the inside walls are dirty. The dry walls are gouged, marked up, and needs paint at the start of rental. It took over a year to fix the light. There's nothing to hold the door open to allow for moving items in or out of the inside units. IF there is a movinh cart, its location is a mystery. I can not get anyone to answer the phone, I have to drive over to the office. They are busy, going on break, or not inside. They frequently have to work at two locations and it seems short staffed. Once you can find someone availabke to help, they are friendly and do their best under what seems to be lack of support from management.

Dilsa from CubeSmart (Murrieta) was very professional and helpful during the check-in process. She helped ensure all questions and details were discussed prior to acquiring the unit.

Always clean, accessible and personable staff!But unable to negotiate with your corporate staff for a one month for free if I pay for a year each year in advance. That’s why I left because I ended up getting one month for free deal from a local competitor when I paid in advance for a year.

Household name

You charged me for a storage unit that is closed. I already had a unit broken into and 5k worth of tools stolen then ur insurance provider denied my claim. You have ppl living in the units. Ive witnessed people working on their car and changing their oil. Horrible place

Because the manager Patricia Is The best manager and i'm just used to being there.

Office not open during posted hours. Could not reach manager. Ridiculous price increases with nobody to discuss them with. I could move to the next unit over, same size, and be paying $100 less.

No longer need storage items.
