Because Cubesmart is a 2-faced, lying, deceitful employee ran company who ripped me off for a refund that was rightfully agreed upon and suspended my gate code way before the grace period ending.

Patricia is amazing!! But the store has someone there only part time.. hard to reach someone..not very good customer service for those of us customers
