Well, first off when I signed up for my Storage and they told me that my Storage was gonna be a set amount that I was getting a discount and it would only go up a small amount after the first month it did but then every three months they raised it first $10 and then 20 and when I first tried to get my union I specifically asked for an outdoor unit and I still got an indoor unit so I’m not very happy with CubeSmart. I only kept my stuff there because it was too late to back out because I had already put my stuff in the storage. I can’t recommend them only because they raise the price after you move in so I think that that’s shady.

Very easy move in and move out only left because there was no more need for the unit. Staff was always super friendly and helpful. Property felt very secure. Will return if needed I. The future

Price, location, hours of availability, size of unit, app functionality, and friendly, helpful staff.

Entrance into unit, have to walk to end of storage complex to walk back up and open another Entrance close to unit. No lightning and no door stop. Only 2 times was there a dolly available.

Is secure for me

I have zero faith in this company, there customer service and the security of my stored belongings. I would not recommend them to anyone.My storage unit was broken into 3 times. After each incident, I reached out to management, both local and corporate, and very little was done to help. No video cameras on the property, no logs of entry and exit from my unit, so no way to determine who was breaking into my unit. Whoever broke into my unit was able to access the lock that I was instructed to buy. I was not allowed to use a more secure lock. After the 3rd break-in, I asked management for 1-3 month compensation of rent for the vandalism of my property and for the inconvenience it caused. Nothing was done to help other than increasing my monthly rent. "We are sorry, we understand but we can't help you." I understand that I can file a claim with my home owners insurance but what insurance did I have from CubeSmart that a another break in would happen again.The ONLY response I had from CubeSmart was a 15% increase in my rent every year for the past 3 years. In 2022 $102/mo, in 2026 $156/mo. The message I receive from this move from management is, "Sorry about your inconvenience but give us more money."Horrible way to treat a customer!Secure the property. Install video cameras. Place monitors on all the units that will Time and Date every time the unit is opened.

The facility is extraordinarily well run, clean and safe. I needed to move my storage to a location closer to my home.

Just too expensive.
