Very easy to obtain storage from your online services

The contract I signed said the lock that I purchased from you guys was refundable. That's not trueNext I got a storage online and when I got there it was to small. I couldn't even put all my things in there so I got another storage unit. This makes it number 3. I went to the office to see if they could refund the money for storage number 2 since I was super small. No help I lost money. I will not be using this company ever again and the two storage units I do have I'm taking all my things out before next week. The service, compassion and the need to just do right is not someone this company believes in.

Convenient in my situation…clean storage & easy access.

In the past i've had to email the corporate office about issues. Also you have one office manager dealing with two offices. There are no posted operating hours. Suggestion - get another office manager or post a sign stating what hours the office manager will be at each location. But you won't hesitate to increase our monthly rental price. imagine that.
