The DM of this store is one of the biggest liars on this earth. She's incompetent, prejudice and as soon as I get my stuff out the other unit I will never use this company again.

The contract I signed said the lock that I purchased from you guys was refundable. That's not trueNext I got a storage online and when I got there it was to small. I couldn't even put all my things in there so I got another storage unit. This makes it number 3. I went to the office to see if they could refund the money for storage number 2 since I was super small. No help I lost money. I will not be using this company ever again and the two storage units I do have I'm taking all my things out before next week. The service, compassion and the need to just do right is not someone this company believes in.
