Staff are super friendly and very helpful when we had issues with losing a key they were able to assist. We had always been able to access store if our littles needed bathroom while there. All our questions and concerns were answered when needed.

You owe my above average score to the hard work and excellent customer service of the manager of this particular location. She has always addressed my concerns with a professional approach.

On the plus side, you have a very good manager. She made me feel like my issues truly mattered. But there were some things that were not completely under her control. The pricing and escalation of rent is one of them. The unit became unaffordable for me and I was forced to move my possessions because of this.
