The daily walkthroughs were nice and helped us several times.

The move-in and move-out process was streamlined and smooth. The unit was clean and the property maintained at the highest level. Employees are on-site to help answer questions at any time (during store hours); they are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Entry and exit with codes assigned is easy to use. I felt confident that my property/belongings were monitored and in "good hands" when I was not there to look after them. Great rental experience and I have used many others throughout my moving/traveling years. Thank you Cube Smart!!

Not able to have access to the storage 24/7

Price of the storage unit constantly goes up. Even in a non climate controlled unit.

Predatory pricing. Poor maintenance of building. Rude staff. Key pads malfunctioning on weekends. Insects in building. What became unreasonable fees
