For multiple months our expensive climate control unit was without A/C. A minuscule credit was given after we were the ones to inform them of their brokenness.

The facilities were well kept. Easily accessible, but still had gated security. Office employees were always helpful and courteous. Will definitely use CubeSmart again next time I am in need of a storage facility!
