The customer service team like the store manager there her name is HALLIEShe literally goes out of her way to talk to you when your onsite and make sure everything is ok she actually seen me move stuff there and I’m sweating and she gets me a bottle of water which she doesn’t have too very nice and helpful…I give her a 10+on her customer service

While the storage unit was five and the ease of access and payment were good, the amount of price hikes that I had to endure over the past 5 years was simply outrageous. Extremely higher than inflation.
