Phenomenal service

Been a customer for over 20 years. You offer anyone off the street a 10 x 10 for about a $100/ mo. I just received a notice last month you are going to charge $543! So, I called the manger to "work out a deal". She did respond that the "best YOU could do was $380". I then asked if I should just sign up for a new unit under my personal name. Her response was that she already knew me an if I tried to rent a new unit under my name, she would not allow it. I'm out! Bad business practice...over 20 years there!NA

While we were very satisfied with the ease of access to our unit, the overwhelming reason for our high score is the staff you have had at our store - starting with Tammy many years ago and continuing with Cassondra, plus all their support staff, we hope they get the highest recommendation available

Storage area was very clean

If you must use a storage place, it’s good. But constant price increases are really bad.
