Customer Service in this location is exceptional. I have already recommended this site to friends.

I loved the storage facility.. The staff was great. The facility was beautiful. Your rate increases were beyond outrageous. It cost me $1000 just to move my contents to a facility down the road that I have used for almost a decade that does not gouge tenants with outrageous price increases like this facility.

We liked the facility and the personnel, but you kept raising the rent.

Clean and the clerk very helpful

Everything went very well up until move out day when their internet went out. But, shit happens! They finally opened the doors for us and we did what we had to do!

Employee (can’t remember name. Blonde short hair) was lovely

Everything went very smooth and accessable.

Our CubeSmart was clean and safe and always available. Melanie was awesome. She was helpful, pleasant, open for questions, readily available. She always greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home! She made a stressful situation very easy and pleasant.

Would have been better if the back elevator would have work 1/2 the year
