storage locker was leaking water, i only just joined a week prior, and was not assured i would be moved. it was more of a she need more information before she would say that. I mean i had pictures and was not lying, so if i was her i would have said "hey if thats the case yes were going to move you to another locker no worries" i had to mention to her that i will just find another storage facility or your going to move me to another locker, those were the options as i see it. the convo moved to another level of tone as i felt satisfation was not going to come. she never sided with the customer (me). isnt it still the customer is always right? certainly in this situation. she came around finally after a day and i never did get an im sorry about that. i did get another unit there. just disappionted in the way it went down.

Rented two units and was extremely happy. Staff is amazing and the storage units, hallways, and rest rooms are spotless. Definitely would go back to this CubeSmart location if I need another rental.
