We just rented a spotless clean 10x12 third-floor storage unit, and the service from **Melanie** was truly excellent. She went above and beyond—showing us how to use the lock, the easiest route from the elevator, and making sure we understood everything. She also told us to reach out anytime if we need help, which meant a lot. We’ve already moved our belongings in, and we’re very happy with the unit and the ongoing experience.
