Great service the lady was nice and explain well everything.

My first visit I saw lights out everywhere and only 1 elevator working at the main entrance. I was told by a person filling in for the manger that day, that all would be fixed by the time I moved my items to storage. DID NOT HAPPEN. I found out that the manager has quit and a new manager was there on her first day training. She told me she would look into all of my concerns. I return a month later and NOT ONE ITEM HAS BEEN FIXED. And you want to charge $88 a month for one slow elevator and NO light at my unit. This is bullshit! I am surrounded by self storage units. Fix my concerns or I will find a better place.
