Clean and secure. The employees were helpful. Fairly reasonably priced.

One reason: John. He was incredibly insightful, courteous, and accommodating during both move and move out events. Historically, I don't link good customer service to the storage industry, but John proved me wrong. His efforts made a loyal customer out of me and I trust he'll be rewarded for it!

Everything was great except for the rent increases:(

Service was great the day I walked in and made my reservation. Only downside since moving in is that one day the nearest elevator to my unit was not functioning and had no posting anywhere as to why that was the case.
