Change your pricing model - set a price for 1-2 years instead of increasing pricing every 6-8 months. Its a pain to move every 18-24 months but not going to pay the ridiculous price after that time. Willing to pay a little more in the beginning knowing price will not change

Very clean, very secure, AC unit works amazing, lots of carts always available. Loved my experience

Forced us to insured when we did not need it. This is just a scam on storage companies. Did not have to do it at Public Storage.

3rd floor was way warmer than the other floors for the climate controlled unit..
