It was easy to rent a storage unit, and the manager was helpful. The units are a different sizes and they had the size that I needed. The location is well maintained, and there is air-conditioning.Unfortunately, I rented the unit for 3 years and the price doubled.I have no complaints about the service and the help and the support that I received. But the introductory price was very tempting and by the time I got out of it, it was exorbitant.

Change your pricing model - set a price for 1-2 years instead of increasing pricing every 6-8 months. Its a pain to move every 18-24 months but not going to pay the ridiculous price after that time. Willing to pay a little more in the beginning knowing price will not change

Forced us to insured when we did not need it. This is just a scam on storage companies. Did not have to do it at Public Storage.
