I am very disappointed that Cube smart raises the rates of established customers while offering discounts for new customers. I paid for a whole year when I signed up and then when my year was up the new prices were significantly cheaper than what I originally paid and much cheaper than the new rate they were going to charge me. I went in to see if they could work something out and was told No. Then called corporate and they said I needed to talk to regional manager and then the same guy whosaid it is Cubesmart policy only new customers get discounts. I guess loyalty is not a priority

We opened our account online,and the office was closed when we came to open the unit. We didn't know about the code to get inside. Another customer told us about it. We were frustrated. No service. Had to leave to text for info.

Bad customer service poor communication between staff members last time a try to talk to the regional manager Alisha she was yelling on the phone to me for a situation not was handle in the proper manner. If they communicate with the staff the proper way in sure the situation should be addressed and a different way, my interpretation always was respectful to all of the cube smart members.Alisha regional manager yelling on the phone to me after I said hello is give her my name absolutely out of line for a regional manager to be like that to a customer.

John made a unit swap quick and painless. Couldn’t be happier. I’ve had a unit there for a few years now. Never an issue and always very clean.

Just signed up for the unit. The manager John was very professional and efficient. The unit was clean and ready. Very smooth start.

Too expensive. Paid every month on time and you keep raising my rate. Now it was $323 a month

Cubesmart no longer values long term customers. They prefer turning over units instead of building a long relationship with their customers.

CubeSmart does not value existing loyal customers.
