Bella and John both, are excellent gate keepers to our valuables. They are friendly, accommodating and keep the facility spic and span clean. They are to quick to fix problems and readily available by dialing a special number off hours. I am a happy tenant. Doris

when I first moved in, there was a great manager, who kept the premises absolutely spotless. He was also very personable. Since the new manager came in the place is filthy. There was debris opposite my unit and it is still there after six weeks. The current manager has no interpersonal skills.

I am very disappointed that Cube smart raises the rates of established customers while offering discounts for new customers. I paid for a whole year when I signed up and then when my year was up the new prices were significantly cheaper than what I originally paid and much cheaper than the new rate they were going to charge me. I went in to see if they could work something out and was told No. Then called corporate and they said I needed to talk to regional manager and then the same guy whosaid it is Cubesmart policy only new customers get discounts. I guess loyalty is not a priority

We opened our account online,and the office was closed when we came to open the unit. We didn't know about the code to get inside. Another customer told us about it. We were frustrated. No service. Had to leave to text for info.

Bad customer service poor communication between staff members last time a try to talk to the regional manager Alisha she was yelling on the phone to me for a situation not was handle in the proper manner. If they communicate with the staff the proper way in sure the situation should be addressed and a different way, my interpretation always was respectful to all of the cube smart members.Alisha regional manager yelling on the phone to me after I said hello is give her my name absolutely out of line for a regional manager to be like that to a customer.
