The outside lighting has been burnt out for past two years with notice given and nothing ever happened.

The price is good and the ladies at reception are very helpful and professional.

Lack of attention to building problems. Failure to complete promised changes. We have been with CubeSmart since 2014 and never had a problem. In August the A/C went out and in addition to no cooling, there was no air circulation. In Naples, FL that’s a problem it still has not been fixed! Then we received a monthly bill change. It went to $500/month! And, my attempts to reach corporate people via email or phone also were unsuccessful. No, I will never recommend CubeSmart.

Ease of renting a unit, convenient location, variety of unit sizes and configurations, new easy to open overhead doors, options for locking unit, well maintained property.The most important reason is the Manager Caressa--knowledgeable, service oriented, and willing to listen to our needs to make sure we get the the right unit.
