For the last past months I was problems with my unit and my things were damaged. I called and spoke to someone in customer service. I was told that someone would get back to me. It was after 5 and I was told that someone would get back to me the very next day. The very next day the new GM called me and quickly take care of my problem. Thanks to her I chose to continue using CubeSmart.

Gate never worked. The app on the phone to open the gate rarely worked, the gate code always saying "code not recognized access denied". The office changed the code but still the same situation, most of the time I had to wait for the gate to be open or come back. It was very important to be able to come in at 7am to supply my crew with materials but . The other day i was in a rush and i asked the lady to open for me and she said that she can't just open the gate like that she.needs to go in the office and see what the problem is like im trying to tresspass.
