While the storage unit was five and the ease of access and payment were good, the amount of price hikes that I had to endure over the past 5 years was simply outrageous. Extremely higher than inflation.

I gave this score because it was so easy to sign up. I mean super fast and easy no complications l. I loved the fact I had a welcome bag with a key lock. Even more so the package the lock was in was precut which made things seem less.

Halle was incredibly friendly and professional. We had actually registered for a different CubeSmart but didn't realize. I'm glad we went to the wrong one though because Halle May registering enjoyable!
