Excellent service from store management. Clean units.

Easy access / air controlled environment

We have been living out of storage for going on 8 months since we moved back to Florida. Cubesmart allowed access early in the morning and late at night allowing us to get in around our work schedules. Cubesmart gave us a safe and secure place to store our life and we went through the trials of finding something that was our own.

the fact that as a long time customer the rates get hiked so often that my bill was up to 219 after years if paying and ne customer s pay less than 50 fir same space us cruel and greedy.

Convenient.

The staff is wonderful and helpful at this location- but every time we went to the property, the gate was always open and a lot of the carts and equipment is in need of repair as well as the doors. It probably could use some updating.

The managers do a great job. However The area that I now rent is an open area and there are some cubicals that have moldy and rotting contents that should be removed. I walk by it to my unit. They should be cleared out to keep units clear of these issues and not affecting other people's goods. I would have given a better rating had this not been an issue.

It work out just right for me also love interacting with lope she is always ready to listen to me with a smile I wish if she was at this location all the time

Staff is always amazing!!

It served its purpose. No complaints. Office staff is very helpful.
