Annual increases. My rent more than doubled over the years. Not affordable at all.

Store manager Anne was great! New her business and had an upbeat positive attitude . only knock I had was when the call center rep called me after my reservation and when I asked if could lock in the rate for longer commitment and was told I should be able to lock in the promo rate if I paid for a full 12 months up front but would have to do in the office. If they weren't sure they shouldn't have stated it!

Cubesmart waited about 3-4 months then started jacking up the prices constantly. I've had more than 10 Cubesmart storage areas in several locations and this was true for each. if you kept your prices reasonable over time I'd still be using them.

You sold me a Lock that will not work on my rented unit that has not security.joann the on premise agent tonight tried for 20 mins until she realized the Lock would not closure.
