Staff at the location was great but the company storages terms are not good and they charges fees for any and everything possible. There is no grace give to customers when there’s an issue; seems to be more concerned with $$

Storage unit size was inaccurate by 1.5ft making storing things here inconvenient to actually using the u it and accessing anything in the unit!!! management didn’t care and only suggested renting a larger size paying more money. I would tell everyone to never rent from here!
