Regular fee hikes every few months. This is the only business that penalizes customers for staying longer. My price essentially doubled for no reason other than standard CubeSmart policy.

You couldn’t access the storage at anytime which I wasn’t aware and because of the rain there was puddles of water that ruined my things.
