Mr. Steve (Dickerson Pike, Nashville) was the rudest person that I have come in contact in a while. He was unprofessional, unkind and not polite at all. He talked over me and would allow me to ask questions or express my concerns. "He was so defensive" I felt attacked and disrespected. I politely ended the call completely disappointed 😞. Your best customer service rating is in jeopardy with him representing your company. There on the other has was great, patient and kind.Sheree referred me to the Dickerson Pike location. Which is the only reason I am keeping the unit, even though it is costing me more. Her customer service is hands down a 10.

Mr. Steve is rude and not polite at all. He would not allow me to speak, ask questions or express my concerns without speaking over me telling me what he could and could not do and that he could just cancel my reservation and refund my money. I was completely taken back because I just wanted to understand why what I was being charged was not what I picked online. He is putting your best customer service rating in jeapoordy. I politely ended the call because I felt attacked and disrespected. That man did not give me a chance to breath yet along speak. I am so disappointed 😞 we could have had a professional adult conversation.

The cost was increased and the reason given was offensive. Although I was told storage facilities was in high demand because of the influx of people moving to Nashville, I did not feel valued as an already established customer.

Very clean and professional staff

Because I only had the storage for three months and the rate went up $40 I was paying $148 and then it went up to $180 I think if the price is going to increase it should increase $5 or $10 not $40 at a time

It was a good storage.just kept going up,too pricey for the smallest unit I had

Because I like the storage ...it was convenient and all my belongings fit in perfectly and ppl that work there are very reasonable and nice
