Any time that I called which was very few the phone was never answered.When I truly needed you guys the most during the ice storm when everyone lost power you let me down. I needed to get my generator out of my unit and the manager was there. She said that there was no way she could let me in, she lives on site. I came back a few hours later and both of her cars were gone and there was fresh tire tracks leaving the place. So she was able to get out to go to a hotel but I wasn’t able to get in to get my generator. I ended up spending $1500 on hotels for the next week because I had no access to my generator.The place is nasty. There are constantly bums walking in and out of there and I’m assuming they live in the units.To expensive for the customer service and the atmosphere

We had a really great experience with CubeSmart. The facility was always clean, secure, and easy to access, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while storing our belongings. Mark and the entire staff were consistently friendly, professional, and extremely helpful anytime we had questions or needed assistance. They made the whole process smooth from start to finish. We recently closed our account only because of a move, but we wouldn’t hesitate to use CubeSmart again or recommend this location to others. Thanks for the excellent service!
