Everything was great! I was stressed about a move, but with the online ability to rent right then and there and come in to a storage with everything you need, it was relieving.

I was in the process of closing my unit. Unfortunately, I had a heart attack the day after I started cleaning out my u it and ended up in the hospital. When I was well enough to go to the office and take care of my unit. I had two units and wanted to pay for one unit and pay for the other unit in a couple days. Karen the manager refused and told me I had to pay for both units or else I would not be allowed on the property. She was u willing to work with me and I ended up paying bit so I could get access which really hurt me financially

The Lady Manager at my storage location 1058 Murfreesboro Pike is the Best…She takes very good care of us.Customer Service is Outstanding…Great Attitude.She helps us anyway she can, for us to keep having Amazing Customer Experience Results..

There’s no problem with the space—but what I don't agree with is that the price is usually reasonable at the start, only to become twice as expensive after just a few months (about six months). For example, it started at $60, then went up to $117, and so on.
