Staff (Angie) was very efficient, accommodating, and pleasant.

Our unit was broken in to by a staff member, large, valuable left items were stolen, and we are having to file with their insurance company to only be reimbursed for a portion of what the items were worth. Communication reasons are also to blame for my contempt for this company.

Easy move in and move out. I actually still have a unit there. Just had to move put of the other onem didnt need 2 anymore.

Angie is very responsive and contacted an electrician in a timely fashion when the light fixtures required work done in our climate controlled storage unit. They coordinated with me/my schedule so I could be present when the electrician completed the job.

The local management/staff were amazing, but the corporate office kept increasing the rent on my four storage units to the point I couldn't afford to stay. The last significant increase was almost $200 a month, which was completely unreasonable, especially considering I'd been there almost sixteen years; it's appalling.

I had the most amazing experience from inquiry with Angie to when I actually moved into the unit, she was responsive and knowledgeable from availability to prices. I will definitely be calling Angie back with any storage needs in the future.
