Ease of online platform

Close to my home, available 24 hour access, great customer service.

This was our first time using CubeSmart - the location on Trousdale is wonderful. It's easy to access, in a good location, and Judith and Kaysea are so helpful onsite. They made me feel comfortable and secure, and I have no complaints other than price going up.

Easy access and can do everything online

There has always been a spirit of cooperation with the staff. We love the honesty and ability to work within the confines of the system. No matter whether you are talking with the online staff or the folks in the office, everyone is always working together. This makes for a very good experience overall.

Online service was quick and easy to pay attendant was friendly and informative. Will definitely recommend when she changed this over to a new unit. She did it all on a Sunday, which was not expected nor asked for above and beyond.
