Is it a very good convenient location. I feel like the gate definitely helped. Keep my stuff safe. I never felt like my stuff was in danger being there. The people there were really nice and helpful when I needed them.

My unit got water damage through the walls, which caused mold to ruin 2 of my large pieces of furniture. The climate control also appeared to have stopped working at some point and did not function at least the last few times I went inside (after I discovered mold & decided to leave). I brought it to the office’s attention and wanted compensation for my ruined belongings but was told “climate control is not humidity control” but that’s actually exactly what it is and I’ve paid more for that the whole time. Additionally, my payment went up every year and I ended up paying almost double what I started with, which is absolutely ridiculous.Very unsatisfied.

Was scammed out of my space and extorted for more money to stay after only being there for 4 days!
