The unit had a checklist that said:Walls had been cleaned: Had Cob Webs on them, and a wasp nest.Floors swept and cleaned: Floor was very dirty with debris and spiders.Door Checked: Door did not stay open.I was told even though I did not use the storage unit, I would not be refunded. I feel like this is a bad business practice, CubeSmart did not follow their standards and I had to pay for it. I was told that because that part of the unit is close to the woods, is why there was debris and spiders. If I would have know this I would have reserved the unit. Why would I want to have personal belongings, clothes, and furniture infested with spiders.Only thing that was convenient was the online process. Unwilling to work with the customer deserves a public review as well.

Great customer service. The manager is very helpful.I was treated very well.
