Convenience.

The storage unit flooded, causing damage to my personal belongings. In addition, the facility experienced two break-ins, in which some items were stolen. Between the flood damage and repeated security issues, the cost of renting this storage unit is no longer worth it. I cannot justify paying for a service that fails to protect my belongings.

The salesperson was professional and friendly. The grounds are clean amd I felt safe going by myself at night.

The inside storage as soon as you opened the door had a very BAD smell of urine. I thought people were urinating in there, but when I opened my storage and saw all the rat droppings all over my stuff and the urine I then knew it was not people it was rat urine I was smelling. That is hazardous for the health of people. After I left there I had an asthma attack and had to use my pump which I did not have to use it for a long time. I rented the place about a year ago and it was not like that otherwise I would not have rented it. But for some reason it looks like management has dropped the BIG ball and is not taking care of the place. I had unit # 120. Also I think it's not fair not having lighting inside the units, you can't see nothing in there unless you remember to bring a flash light. I was VERY disappointed to find my stuff all full of droppings and urine and going from $76 a month to $145 just like that with no communication and a raise so drastically. I will NEVER use CubeSmart ever again.

I am totally upset because you made a mistake on my bank account and then wanted to make me pay for it. I gave the lady my check to pull off the routing number and the account number and she entered it into the system. I do not believe that I should have paid the extra 30 + dollars as a late fee. Your storage area was clean and totally temperature controlled. This is a total inconvenience for me with all that is going on in my life right now.
