Too many things to go over

The attendant is very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs.

Upon moving my things out of the storage unit, I found rat and mouse poop and pee all over my things. I watched a rat run up the wall while I moved my things about. I had to replace many of the items I had in storage, including more than six pairs of shoes. It was a stressful and disgusting process to clean every item that had been in storage, and it was very upsetting to know that my things had not been secure in the storage unit. I feel that I was taken advantage of by CubeSmart, and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this storage company.
